British High Commissioner meets Defence Secretary

High Commissioner of the British High Commission in Sri Lanka, HE Mr. Andrew Patrick paid a courtesy call on the Defence Secretary Air Vice Marshal Sampath Thuyacontha (Retd), at the Defence Ministry in the Defence Headquarters Complex, Sri Jayewardenepura, Kotte, today (Nov. 05).

During the meeting, a cordial discussion was held between the Secretary and the British High Commissioner on matters of bilateral significance and mutual interest.

Military Liaison Officer of the Defence Ministry Air Vice Marshal Padman De Costa and Defence Attaché at the British High Commission in Colombo Colonel Darren Woods were also present at the occasion.
